The orders are normally processed and shipped within approximately 1-3 business days. However ship times may be longer during peak season periods.How are the orders shipped?
We ship the products typically via couriers such as Canpar and UPS, unless otherwise requested.How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping charges will vary depending on the weight and size of the package, as well as the shipping location. We do our best to ship via the most economical method. You will be quoted a "place-holder" ship charge at checkout, which will be updated with the actual shipping charges once your order is packed and ready for shipping.What is the payment term?
We accept payment by e-transfer, visa or mastercard. Credit/ Net-terms are available to long-standing customers based on approved credit.Can I cancel or modify an order before it has been shipped?
Yes, you can cancel or modify an order by calling us during business hours. However, you may be charged a 15% restocking/cancellation fee if the order has already been pulled/packed.How to report damage, shortage and defective items?
