3. Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options through UPS, Canpar and Canada Post.  Orders are shipped using the most economical method, unless otherwise requested.

Domestic Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
- **International Shipping Costs**: International shipping costs are also based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes.

5. Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you can request tracking info from our office.

6. Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination country regulations.

- While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays can occur. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us so we can assist you.
- If a shipment is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate the package. In the event that the package cannot be located, we will initiate a replacement or refund, subject to carrier investigation outcomes.
